Self-performance removes the 15–40% subcontractor markup that national brokers add to your invoice, cuts the handoff delay out of dispatch, and leaves exactly one company accountable for the work, the warranty, and the phone call when something goes wrong. Our technicians are background-checked, uniformed, EPA-certified, and covered under our own liability and workers' compensation policies.
